A second acquisition, again about one-third Rolfson's size, brought its own software stack, overlapping subscriptions, and a staff of 23 to evaluate.
Action
Owned systems integration, shut down overlapping software subscriptions, and evaluated all 23 staff.
Result
Completed on schedule, with duplicate software retired and the team evaluated and integrated.
What I did
- Systems integration. Owned the move of the acquired company onto Rolfson’s systems.
- Software consolidation. Identified overlapping software across the two companies and shut down the duplicates.
- People. Evaluated all 23 staff; not all were retained.
Results
